All
of our dolls are fully guaranteed to be as described on this list
regarding condition, attribution and attire.** Most of our dolls
date from 1870 to 1930 unless otherwise noted. If you purchase an
antique doll from us and you are dissatisfied for any reason
whatsoever, just contact us by phone, fax, email or postmarked
letter within three days of receiving the doll and we will
gladly refund your full payment excluding shipping fees. It is
understood, of course, that the doll must be returned in her
original condition and garments. If you do not contact us within
three days of receiving the doll, it is understood by both the buyer
and the seller that the doll is acceptable and a return privilege is
no longer available.
We
offer a liberal eight-month Lay-Away plan for any doll costing more
than $500, with an initial deposit of 30% of the total cost of the
doll. We also require a written payment schedule to be
submitted by the buyer along with the down payment indicating how
the remaining payments will be divided. Multiple layaways of no more
than three dolls totaling no more than $10,000 are also permitted.
In the event that a Lay-Away cannot be completed or a doll is
discovered to be unacceptable due to flaws not mentioned in the
description, the buyer will receive credit toward another
purchase from us redeemable within one year of the cancellation.
There are no refunds on layaway.
Please
examine our site carefully, and if you find a doll that you love,
call, write or
Email Us requesting a beautiful 4X6 color photo (we use a high
resolution lens for very sharp images, not a Polaroid!) You will
usually receive a close-up and a long shot, unless you are
requesting photos of many dolls. Kindly return photos of unwanted
dolls, but you may keep photos of dolls that you are purchasing and
you many hold on to photos that you are still considering. Of
course, we can immediately email photos of most dolls.

We update this site approximately every six weeks. Alternately
we put out a catalog approximately every six weeks with three weeks
between the site and the catalog. Therefore there are fresh dolls
coming out every three weeks either on the site or the catalog.
If
you would like to receive every list (about six times a year),
please send $40 for an annual subscription. It may be worth your
while as often the list is released before the website update and
you can have a first viewing of the latest dolls or the most recent
price reductions!
