am new to the computer and also the world of
antique doll collecting. What a delight to find
your web site! It is truly special just like
your lovely dolls. I have just finished
reviewing the 16 wonderful pages and enjoying
the classical music. Thank you for making this
modern convenience feel like opening a treasure

acquire one of your beautiful dolls. I am

the site is. This is incredible. The
format reminds me of slowly walking thru a
gallery. It forces you to stop and look at each
doll (even, in my case, if I have already seen
her) because it presents each one so
beautifully. And the different button designs,
and the page headers--I can't say enough. It is
really a work of art.

I
just wanted to drop you a quick note about your new
website. It is truly lovely to behold! My wife has dealt
with you in the past and I'm sure that she will in the
future as well. Since I have just left a computer
programming job of 20 years to learn newer technologies
than I was able to learn and utilize with that employer,
I thought that I would check out your site for
inspiration. You and your web design team have come up
with a site that is visually pleasing to look at,
conveys your message without a doubt, and is very clean
and straightforward in its presentation. Too many sites
I am finding put the visitor into cerebral overload with
the amount of information presented on one screen!
I would like to make one suggestion, however. While the
audio that plays while visiting your site is at first a
very pleasing and appropriate Victorian period piece of
music, it does begin to wear on the ears after a few
minutes of browsing. I can of course mute the sound on
my system, but then I do not get the audible incoming
e-mail sound-bite when new mail arrives. I also
frequently have music of my own playing while
"cruising." What I would suggest and what I
have seen a lot of other sites implement is "Mute
Audio" or "Stop AudioPlayback" push
button. (This
suggestion was implemented) This could easily and
unobtrusively be placed at the top of each page next to
your beautiful Victorian pictures or as one of the push
buttons in your left sidebar, say just above the
"Jump To" button.
Once again, congratulations on your new site. It is
truly beautiful!
I've
looked at a lot of sites and yours is one of the best
designs I've seen.
I'm not really a doll collector, more antiques in
general but I appreciate the
finer things in life and the quality of your website is
definitely one of
them. It's stellar. You have an amazing talent!!:))

incredible dolls. What a selection you have. I don't own
any antique dolls as they are way out of my reach but I do
certainly appreciate them and would love, one day, to own

She’s so beautiful with her blond mohair wig and her
